    He is being brought from Ireland as Jasper Silver Kid,, but I don't really like iit,, so need a new one lol!. Tim,, who died was called Timberland Silver Diamond, and my other pony is called Mountain Conquest. Until I find a new name,, it's Just Jasper. So in need of a showname,, please help =] He is a bayish Grey Roany sort of colour and is 16.2hh sports horse. Going to be a jumper, and some showing. Need a decent name! Can have japer in it but don't really mind. Jasper is a type of stone.

    Really difficult! It's the 'Kid' that's no good, he doesn't look like a kid. would be nice to be two words, J..... Jasper, like Jumping Jasper, but that's no good either, not many words begin with J.
    Perhaps Gemstone Jasper, or Jasper Gem. Will keep thinkg. :confused::confused:

    Assiduous Opacity
    assidous means never-ending/ceasless....its the oposite of dessiduous for example dessiduous trees lose their leaves in the winter, but assiduous ones dont.

    Opacity means opaque...since Jasper is an "opaque" stone, it made sense in my mind to define it in his show name! Something that is opaque is impenitrable to light...and in the case of the Jasper stone, elctromagnetism too!!! To declare your horse as opaque means that nothing can get past him...nothing can break through him, or beat him - everything must stop where he is, and only he is to be seen ... I think its a good strong name!:bigsmile:

    Or something completely different altogether, lol
    you can look up the Etymology (history) of Jasper, and its meaning, and what it means and ow it got its name, and use the name "Jasper", but in its original form or language...

    Let us know what you decide to call him in the end!

    Wow Ashlea, that's serious! But think the judges might get tongue tied trying to say Assidously - or Assiduous - when Jasper goes into the ring. 'Opaque' is pretty good though.....

    But looks like Jasper has arrived - and why are you thinking of him as Humpty Dumpty ???? I reckon after he's recovered from his travelling he will be bright as a button and not at all Humpty or Dumpty
    - can you pyut the video across to spaceforhorses so we can see?
