    i really need a show name for you mare! she is called Willow and has a long welsh name but people find it hard to pronounce in shows. so i trying to find the perfect show name has anyone got any ideas ?
    if you want have a look at her pictures for an idea of what she is like!

    Are you allowed to change the name though? Or can the passport name still stay? We put 'Not Sure' as a second choice of name once (because we couldn't think of any more names),and then found we had to compete the horse as 'Not Sure' a couple of times as our first choice of name had gone, and then when we found a name, they wanted more than £100 to change the name from 'Not Sure' - even though we didn't mean that to be a name in the first place!

    Erm, if you can change it, maybe 'Welsh Beauty' or Welsh star? Maybe you could take a part of her welsh name and use that? :smile:
