Abbey is a 15.3hh TB mare. At the height of her earlier ridden days she was competing Pre Novice EFA Level in Eventing. And winning C+D grade EFA championships. She blew a tendon and then her rider fell pregnant so she was spelled. She was then chosen to have a foal herself-by Belcam Geldof(dressage & jumping stallion) while continuing to be spelled.
I bought her back into work 10months after she foaled and have been looking after her since. I called her my own after I bought her on the 28th May 2007.
We are now in strong training to hit the Australian Eventing and showjumping season next year. And I am sure it is going to be an awesome year filled with lots of triumphs and lots of failures. I cannot wait!
