Space For Horses

Alfie's 15hh 1 hes a beautiful haflinger with lots of strong character, he doesn't like being told what to do but at the same time he is always eager to please. Complete and honest boy with a heart of gold,which normally relates to food. Backed and broken to ride at 3 because he became to bossy and boistrous but has started to calm down a bit more, after gentle persuasion and lots of polos. Alfie's my best friend and I wouldn't be without him, he know's when i'm down, he knows when im ill, he just knows all my mood and he tends to know when ive got the hump as well and he does the craziest things to make me laugh,like grabbing the wood chip fork and crashing it against everything,dragging the broom in his stable. When i had a both my knees operated on he was fantastic, didn't like my crutches though but he was a gentle giant and when i asked him to move or do something involving working with him he was fantastic. He is the best friend anyone could ever ask for.

Sadly beginning of October i had to say goodbye to this beautiful boy as he got too over weight and stopped loving his mummy after I had my daughter so he's now back at the Hobart Stud with Emily and hopefully she can straighten him out to be the loving companion that i once had.
