Oink is a typical TB, gracious and athletic! Howvever the hardest horse to sustain weight and muscle on, especially when he's been on box rest for over a month with a knee injury. Luckily it's much better now and is back on the road to recovery, started trotting last week and will be doing a prelim dressage test in the middle of Feb to see how he gets on!! His last dressage score was 75% but i doubt we'll see a repeat of that anytime soon!
Oink is the most gorgeous gelding around and has a super photo stance which can be seen in the photos in his profile!
NEWS!! NEWS!! Oink has moved to his new yard!! We have nooo grass and our turnout is so bad at my yard where Prada is kept that that Oink couldn't go out after his injury had recoverd :( His new yard has a massive old barn stable and lush turnout with loads of grass, and two new friends!!
Achievements
Getting 75% on his fourth ever dressage test at intro level!! (Would of come 2nd at his 2nd ever O.D.E however had one stop xc)
Being able to jump without still reverting back to his racecourse ways!
Leading another mare around Newton Morrel team chase!! He is usually the follower and was super brave to take his turn in front and go clear!
